Learning Support

Our well-resourced Learning Support Department, known as the DEN (Department of Educational Needs) is dedicated to providing a caring and secure environment for primary and secondary students with additional learning needs. We also offer assistance for the students entering Baobab College with English as an additional language (EAL), and to those who may need emotional or social support.

We aim to identify needs as soon as possible so that early intervention and tracking procedures meet the needs of individual students. Students are supported in class and/or in the DEN, where they are encouraged to develop independent strategies and gain confidence in their own abilities.
