FORTHCOMING EVENTS

The last CAR BOOT SALE of the academic year will be on SUNDAY 01 JUNE (diarise it now as well while you’re at it!). For these to be a success we need you to tell all your family and friends and work colleagues, so please do spread the word.

Gates open 0900hrs and close 1200hrs 

K20,000 per car selling; K5,000 per person looking to buy

No trailers, trucks, caravans etc - only car boots!

SUPER TUESDAY. Only healthy foods will be sold at the Piazza Tuckshop, on Tuesdays. Early indications show this is proving very popular.

CYCLATHON: The last major event of the year for the PTA is a Cyclathon which has been set for SUNDAY 11 MAY. Details to follow.

SECOND HAND CLOTHES: The second hand uniform stall will be open on FRIDAY MORNINGS first thing (you can have your coffee there as well!) and on FRIDAY LUNCHTIMES (when there is more coffee and cakes available!). If those times are inconvenient, do contact Karen Kerr through the office or on 0978870831. For this service to be a success, we do need parents to ‘donate’ their child’s uniform when he/she grows out of it, so please do consider doing this (no uniforms that are damaged though, please).

THATCH GRASS / GUMPOLES: If any parent has a contact for thatch grass and gumpoles the PTA would love to hear from you. More shade areas are planned for the school grounds and the PTA needs your help!

SUGGESTION: Reminder that there is a suggestion box in the piazza into which parents may ‘post’ any comments, suggestions, concerns they may have. These are reviewed by the PTA and brought to the school’s attention.
