One Term’s fees in advance These will be put against the fees of thelast term a child is in the school, providing a term’s notice of intention to withdraw your child is given in writing.
Book Deposit US$500 (Secondary only and refundable when student leaves Baobab and all books are returned in good condition).
The Board reserves the right to increase the fees.

SCHOOL FEE POLICY
The above charges are ANNUAL and are in US Dollars. Payments can be made in Zambian Kwacha, the ruling rate on the day of payment or in US Dollars by one of the following three options:
1) 3 payments split in the ratio 40:30:30 to be made by the last day of the previous term. Outstanding balances will attract a monthly interest charge of 1%.
2) 1 annual payment for the full amount due.
Tuition Fees are payable by the last day of the preceding term and outstanding balances are subject to a monthly interest charge of 1%.
The Registration Fee is a one off payment per child payable upon registration of the child for assessment of suitability to join the school.
The Initial Capital Contribution Fee is the fee for new students joining the school by way of contribution to the development of the school. The Annual Capital Contribution fee is a recurring fee payable in line with your chosen payment option.
The Book Deposit is a refundable deposit held by the school against books and equipment issued to pupils in years 7 through 11 and years 12 and 13. The deposit is refunded in full upon return of the books and equipment to the school in good condition. The school reserves the right to deduct from the deposit the value of any damaged or lost goods, should this amount, in the view of the school, to more than the book deposit this balance will payable by the pupils parent/guardian
NOTICE PERIOD
One full term's written notice addressed to the Admissions Office is required when a pupil is being withdrawn from Baobab College. In the event that such notice is not given Baobab College reserves the right to charge the full term's fees.
REFUND POLICY
Baobab College charges per academic year and fees are for the delivery of the full year's syllabi and as such tuition fees for pupils being withdrawn part way through the academic year are NON REFUNDABLE.
AFTER CARE
Baobab College offers a complimentary After Care facility for parents who are unable to collect children immediately after the school day finishes. Baobab College reserves the right to levy a US$10 discretionary charge per session for children who are consistently left at school after 16:00hrs and need to be collected from the Boarding House.
