2007 CIE RESULTS

Baobab College, Zambia’s leading private school and Cambridge International Examination fellowship centre, wishes to congratulate the Students of 2006/07 who sat external examinations this year helping us to achieve yet again outstanding results:

A Level Pass Rate            100%

AS level Pass Rate       84.3%

IGCSE Pass Rate         98.1%

This year we have achieved a record number of passes at A*, A, B and C grade in all subjects and appreciation must be made to our dedicated team of teaching staff and special mention for Tafidziswa Museba who achieved 8 A* passes and Ronish Joory who achieved 6 A* passes at IGCSE

100% pass rates were achieved yet again in History, English Language, Information Technology, Design and Technology, Art, Music, Physical Education and Drama and we recorded best ever results in Business Studies and Geography and second best ever in Information Technology.

At AS level we achieved our highest ever pass rate with more A and B grades than ever before and the star performers amongst many stars were Ladislous Kanene with 2 A’s and 2 B’s and Akende M’membe with 2 A’s.

Again 100% pass rates were achieved in English Language, Business Studies, Mathematics, Literature in English, Chemistry, Geography and History

At A level we again achieved 100% pass rate  and our top results went to Michael Hacking and Xiaofei Shen who both achieved 1 A and 2 C’s  and Beene M’membe with 1 A, 1 B and 1 C
